NOTE: As of this writing, h5toh4 is available only in a Beta version of the HDF5 library and on a limited number of development platforms. It is expected to be included in HDF5 Release 1.1, which is currently expected to become available in the second half of 1999. See the HDF5 website at http://hdf.ncsa.uiuc.edu/HDF5/ for general HDF5 information. Follow the FTP Archives link and select Release 1.1. If Release 1.1 is not yet available, select the item indicating that it includes the Tools Beta. Once the appropriate release and documentation have been downloaded and unpacked, the h5toh4 documentation can be found in the Tools section of the HDF5 Reference Manual.
