This directory contains the HLHDF and PyHL software from the Swedish 
Meteorological and Hydrological Institute.  The difference between
the two distributions deals only with Python:

    hlhdf.tgz          made for numpy
    hlhdf-Numeric.tgz  still uses Numeric
