Obtaining HDF5 1.8.4 Patch 1

The SZIP and ZLIB libraries are optional in HDF5. The pre-built binary distributions in the table below are built with the SZIP and ZLIB external libraries and require them, BUT DO NOT INCLUDE THEM.
